The ProForm 895 has a smooth, quiet elliptical action, 9kg flywheel, sixteen inch stride length and feels sturdy in use. It also has a forward and reverse motion to ensure you get a full workout. It comes with a two year warranty for peace of mind and is packed full of useful features.
Aside from its folding space saving design the ProForm 895 comes with a backlit console providing constant feedback on speed, distance, calories, revolutions per minute, heart rate and workout profile. There is also an odometer which will record the total distance you have covered since the beginning of your training. The console also has a docking station allowing you to connect an iPod or other mp3 player and play your music through the built in speakers. There are ten magnetic resistance levels which provide silent consistent resistance changes throughout your workout using a 1-touch digital key. Six pre-programmed personal trainer workouts mean you will never get bored with your workout and can stay on track with your fitness goals. The programmes are designed by personal trainers so you can be confident in the training plan. For additional workouts, there is the option to use i-Fit SD cards that provide structured workouts over a set period of time, typically 8-10 weeks.
To keep you cool whilst you work out the cross trainer also comes with an adjustable dual speed fan. When set to auto mode, the more intensively you work out, the faster the fan blows.
